WHO WE ARE
HISTORY
Hats and Heels Inc., a 501(c)3 organization, was established in 2016, to meet the diverse needs of teens and ladies living in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Our programs provide unique and inspiring experiences that allow women to connect with one another and create supportive communities for today and years to come.
MISSION
To empower girls, teens and women to understand their self-worth and unlock their full potential and purpose that will ultimately give them the confidence to walk boldly into their destiny.

EMPOWERMENT
To provide services and resources to communities to help individuals to discover their purpose and walk in to their destiny.
MENTORSHIP
Purposeful connections that unite individuals with common goals to walk alongside one for encouragement and inspiration.
SERVICE
Community outreach initiatives to promote volunteerism and to give back to communities and individuals in need.
COLLABORATION
Working with other organizations to collaboratively bring resources and services to the communities that we serve.
